Pastor Faye Coates grew up coming to Northview Harvest Ministries.  She committed her life to Jesus as a teenager under the ministry of Pastors Kenneth & Joyce Blease. She went on to graduate high school and then from Holmes Bible College with a bachelor's degree in Sacred Literature. Following graduation, she evangelized and pastored for several years.

Through a series of negative circumstances, she left the ministry for a season and began to work in the business world. God gave her unusual favor and she became very successful in management with a large grocery chain.

She did not realize at the time that the training and experience she was gaining was preparing her to return to full-time ministry. In January 2002 she accepted the call to become part of the Pastoral staff of Northview Harvest Ministries.

 

Her assignment is serving as Pastor/Director of Restoring Hope Center, Inc., an extension of Northview Harvest Ministries with its own 501(c) (3) non-profit status. Restoring Hope Center is a multi- faceted outreach ministry established in July of 2000. The Lord has used this work to provide food, clothing, and other basic necessities to those at risk nutritionally and otherwise. Restoring Hope Center is also a distribution center to more than 40 agencies. This ministry has a summer feeding program, Christmas Hope Program, emergency housing, educational opportunities, and so much more. Faye is first and foremost a worshipper, then a pastor, teacher, and counselor who is amazingly in love with Jesus!

She has a beautiful daughter, Beth, a son-in-law Chad, and two wonderful grandchildren who live near enough for her to enjoy and spoil!
