Transformation Outreach provides stability, dignity, and hope to some of Greensboro’s most vulnerable families. Through crisis response, weekly outreach, children’s programs, and strong community partnerships, we were the hands and feet of Christ so these families wouldn't face hunger, displacement, or hardship alone.
Partnerships
Northview Harvest Ministries has stood with us from the very beginning, sowing into our ministry launch and walking beside us as faithful partners in outreach. Their generosity has touched countless lives — from donating a church bus to strengthen our transportation ministry, to giving a substantial gift during last year’s hotel fire that helped us care for displaced families. Through their Restoring Hope Outreach, they have continually blessed our community with commodities, Christmas toys and clothing for children, and essential hygiene items. We are deeply grateful for their heart, their partnership, and their commitment to serving families in crisis alongside us.

Food Pantry
Our Food Pantry provides fresh groceries and essential items to families facing crisis. Every bag is packed with love, dignity, and hope.
Clothes Closet
Our Clothes Closet provides free clothing for children, adults, and families in crisis. Every item is given with dignity, care, and compassion.
Christmas Hope
Christmas Hope brings joy, dignity, and love to children and families in crisis. Every gift, meal, and moment reminds them they are seen and valued.
Drive-By Prayer
Who needs a prayer? A hug? Someone just to talk to? We are here for you! Watch for our pop-up "Drive-By Prayer" stations!
Disaster Relief
Our Disaster Relief team responds quickly when crisis strikes, providing food, clothing, transportation, and emergency support to families displaced by unexpected tragedy.
Backpacks for Kids
Our Back‑to‑School outreach provides fully stocked backpacks to children living in extended‑stay hotels and surrounding communities. We make sure every child starts the school year with confidence, dignity, and joy.
